DECA, (Dresden East Civic Association), is a voluntary
neighborhood association
located in DeKalb County Georgia, USA comprised of residents who work
together to improve and maintain the quality of life in our neighborhoods. DECA formed out
of concerns for issues that effect our neighborhoods and community, and as a means
of
enhancing the "sense of community" in the neighborhood.
